state ur targets for the day ....

i need to do 1000 words to reach my target for today then if i dont do it i will be embarrassed and will have to admit it.

I know it seems a bit of a paltry amount compared to some of u, but i so struggle with getting critical analysis into the damn essay.

(FECK got to go shopping at some point today- can see excessive use of cursing thread coming up!)

Seemed such a goood idea a year ago.............

foxd · 10/05/2005 10:40

You all must be knackered this morning!!!
Im a bit of a light weight couldnt manage another all niter.
back at it this morning though
I WILL finish this ass TODAY!!! If this bloody computer stops shutting down on me.
Promise to myself 'A new shiny laptop for september from student loan and it better have bells on it'.
Another promise to myself 'A night out to celebrate finishing this bloody ass, only if I finish it today!!!!

foxd · 10/05/2005 11:10

First distraction going to pick up DS no.1 from nursery. The challenge wil now be to complete ass whilst entertaining two toddlers instead of 1.
I can do it.... no problem.... two toddlers are a piece of cake.
Who am I kidding, nip to tesco on way home to buy cakes, will hopefully distract them for short while [grin.

strugstu · 10/05/2005 15:44

hi guys.

another eventful day,

1x 3000 word essay
2 x 1500 for nurse prescribing
1 exam
2 viva voce
and a case study
10 reflections(using different models)

all for august 15th
back to grindstone tomorrow, am going to arrange a plan to fit all this in tonight...

how is everyone today?

strugstu, sounds like you've got a full plate.

I'm nearly there, though i'm flagging only another 500-800 words to go on inherited and aquired immune deficiencies. Reminding myself of promise of finish ass today and have a nite out. Think will promise self something bigger this has turned out to be a monster of ass 1 nite out doesn't sound enough now.
Any ideas??

strugstu · 10/05/2005 16:02

OP posts:
