I don't get poop leaks from Ittis, just weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

treedelivery · 09/04/2009 17:14

no leaks here now legs chunky - but only 2 months so they may come as wee increases. Wouldn't trust it over bg. Plus I can stuff those with different stuff pending our day planned/nighttime etc.

they look so old so quick though. And would it kill them to do red or something?

4andnotout · 09/04/2009 17:25

We have come through the other side now and have had no leaks (poo or wee) from itti's in a fair while, so may have to order the last few colours im missing!

Got to go and buy dd4 some new clothes this weekend as she has finally started to outgrow 0-3 months, not bad as she is 5 months! She was only 7lb when she was born and a real short arse! Not like dd3 who was a heffer! Me and dp are both fairly short though, im 4'11 and dp about 5'10 so not expecting the last 3 to be very tall. DD1 is very tall but thats because her bio dad was 6'3 and i seem to have been running off on a tangent again....

Got to arrange my redelivery of my fluffy post which i missed yesterday, i suppose it wont be here until saturday now along with my tanzanite bbos.

soon I have a large ella's house hemp nappy mine is in natural stitch with poppers. I really like it - so slim fitting and no poop or wee leaks. It was brand new and quite cheap, just £3.52 and £2 postage. I wish she was still selling them as I would buy more! I've got no idea of the going rate pre-loved though sorry.

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 18:19

I was lurking last night ladees and I can't work out all the abbreviations...i am woefully out of touch with nappy speak

are BB blueberries? they are lush...but soooooo expensive.

I was thinking about getting some ittis for DD as I want something nice under dresses and skirts for the summer, but I do love fuzzibunz.....saw these and am soo tempted. Need to sell some shaped terries first though to get funds or DH will flip. Mind you, he doesn't know what nappies I have and where so won't know any better. Also, I should buy unisex so DS2 can get the use of them, but......

rusmum · 09/04/2009 18:19

i am loving ittis too and no leaks!!

Will not last long though as will soon need large!

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 18:21

bless your diddy DD four.....bumble is 22 weeks now and is in 6-9mo already

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 18:24

that's the thing about ittis; the sizes don't seem as flexible as fuzzis. DD still has plenty of growing room in fuzzis, as has DS, but I'm not sure about the fit on the ittis. DD is a slim 25lbs and DS a chunky 20lbs.

treedelivery · 09/04/2009 18:25

LackaDAISTcal - Oh well you will OBVIOUSLY have to have all the daisy ones. I didn't know they were available. Oh No!! More spends!

Rus - Yeah - you need to move out of mediums....and sell them to me....look into my eyes....buy large and sell me your meds.....

soon2befamilyof4 · 09/04/2009 18:28

TCB - your not interested in mine preloved? They are large. I think there are 2. I just don't like them - I have no idea why. I have only used them once myself and I don't remember any particular problems with them. Don't use 2 parters really.

Lacka - yes BB = Blueberrys so BBOS means Blueberry onesize. If you buy second hand and keep an eye out for bargains you can get them for about £10 with an insert or less without. I do like them. I still find BG slightly more reliable but not as pretty!

I have used MEOS all day today and I think I will start using them when we are at home all day - they are just so reliable. With a booster I can get a good 3 hours or so. Only thing is they are obviously not fleece lined. I do have liners I add but its never quite the same!

afterglow · 09/04/2009 18:31

I have all the daisy ones
However, I never really fell in love with the itti that I had, it was just too bitty and a bit too much faff. Very pretty though.

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 18:56

I've bought a red and a purple daisy FB and then a couple of unisex colours too. I now have five girly pockets and about ten unisex ones, plus all my shaped terries and microfibres and flexitots .

I have a wonderoo that I have never got on with if anyone wants to do a swap It's ony been used a few times.

treedelivery · 09/04/2009 19:05

Go girl!

Loads of Wonderoo's here - not sure about them yet. They seem baggy.

soon2befamilyof4 · 09/04/2009 19:27

I have been trying to sell a couple of wonderoos and not having much luck.

twoclimbingboys · 09/04/2009 19:36

tree I like wonderoos - not fluffy but far less leaky than ittis. They are Blake's nursery nappy. I can't remember any leaks in them at all, even overnight. However. I only converted to cloth when my youngest was 7 months, from comments other people have made they may not be too great on younger babies. The royal blue and orange are such really lovely vibrant colours.

soon I shouldn't really but have no will power I am seriously tempted if they are poppers and especially if they are natural stitch (unbleached with brown poppers).

twoclimbingboys · 09/04/2009 19:41

lacka and soon I don't suppose the wonderoos you are selling are royal blue or orange are they?

No soon - they don't seem to sell at all well pre-loved. I recently bought 4 for just £6 each posted including the double sets of microfibre inserts.

soon2befamilyof4 · 09/04/2009 19:59

My wonderoos are: Yellow and a blueish/purply one?

soon2befamilyof4 · 09/04/2009 19:59

When you say inserts - we are talking about the shaped hemp nappies?

twoclimbingboys · 09/04/2009 20:08

I meant the wonderoos have inserts.

Are your shaped hemp ella's house the ones with a fold out booster? Do they have poppers and what colour are they?

twoclimbingboys · 09/04/2009 20:10

Sorry - I have just realised what you meant. I meant that i'm not surprised you aren't having much luck selling your wonderoos - I bought some really cheap a couple of weeks ago.

rusmum · 09/04/2009 20:33

those FB LOOK SOOOOOO SWEET- I WANT A DAISY ONE!

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 20:42

My wonderoos is yellow, and was a freebie from the manufacturer so I can't complain. A while ago they seemed to be the pocket nappy of choice. Maybe the market is flooded with them, or else folks have realised that there is much more exciting fluff out there now.

soon2befamilyof4 · 09/04/2009 21:07

Ignore me - I am too tired! I have just re-read the conversation and now see what you meant and I completly missed one of your posts TCB.

I will dig out the Ellas house when I eventually get DD to go to bed . And have a look. They are not coloured though - just plain. They don't have a fold out booster I am afraid. I don't know much about them TBH. I got them in a bundle of nappies a while ago and didn't really take much notice of them. Don't want an awful lot for them really. They do have poppers.

The Yellow wondroos is actually by wonderworks. They made them before the current makers but apparently they are slightly better? I can't really tell the difference TBH. I guess I would want about £5 each for them - no insert though.

4andnotout · 09/04/2009 21:07

I might bite the bullet and buy some size 1 flexitots new they just dont seem to come onto the 2nd hand market and i do love them when we go out for days I already have 7 in size 2 for dd3, teamed with a blueberry wrap they look good too!

LackaDAISYcal · 09/04/2009 21:11

mine is definately from the new manufacturer, I got it sent as a sample last year when I was looking into starting up my own nappy business
