What do you think of Myleene Klass's new babywear range?

I think it's truly awful!!!!!

It's all grey and leathery and not very appealing IMO. I'm sure others could come up with far better designs / colours / styles but of course she is a sleb and that's all that matters

I think I will stick to nice colourful stripy things for my wee boy

Link, please...

Flibbertyjibbet · 22/10/2008 17:57

I haven't seen it, and have no desire to.

But in usual mumsnet crystal ball stylee, someone on here said ages ago its only a matter of time before she churns out some sleb baby range.

Is it for M&S? In which case it will be the baby version of Per Una, bleurgh.

No it's in Mothercare, hold on I'll try to do a link but I'm hopeless at them...

It's horrible. Why do little babies need to be in leather jackets and puffball skirts?

It's Mothercare flibberty.

Morloth · 22/10/2008 18:00

Who is Mylene Klass?

Mothercare.

NBheebieGeebies · 22/10/2008 18:02

I hated from the minute she said "every girl needs a little black dress".

Babies don't FFS!

ILickYourSlimySleeves · 22/10/2008 18:02

I was in Mothercare today and most of it was grey and there was a leather bomber jacket for a baby. Nice

If you're into that sorta thing.

good lord

filz · 22/10/2008 18:04

apart from the leather its quite nice

Ewe · 22/10/2008 18:04

this is the worst thing!

A couple of the girls things are not too bad, it's overpriced too imo!

lizziemun · 22/10/2008 18:04

here just right for a 0-3mth and this

shinyshoes · 22/10/2008 18:04

I think the baby girl stuff looks lovely.

The Cashmere dress is gorgeous and I'd like to get it for my little girl.

It's not overpriced either.

MadameCastafiore · 22/10/2008 18:05

Well I'm off to get the black velour tracksuit in size 0 - 3 months - NOT!!

Stupid cow what on earth is she thinking!

CrushWithEyeliner · 22/10/2008 18:05

It is all black white and grey. I am not one for dressing DD up like a bon-bon but no colour whatsoever? It is awful. Very cheap looking.

Morloth · 22/10/2008 18:05

Actually after following the link I kinda like some of the stuff, the little leather jacket is beyond cute IMO.

Not very practical but OK for special clothes, I never liked pastels on my baby so maybe that's why I like the greys and blacks.

purplemonkeydishwasher · 22/10/2008 18:07

are we sure she HAD a baby? i mean how awkward is this to get off when baby has just done a poo taht goes all the way up the back.

Ewe · 22/10/2008 18:09

I do like the cashmere dress. It's the stuff that is trying too hard to be trendy I don't like.

Babies should not look like mini adults imho.

Morloth · 22/10/2008 18:09

Given the neck design you would take it down wouldn't you?

And I still don't know who she is, how come people don't like her?

FlameThrowersKillZombies · 22/10/2008 18:10

what's going on with these?!?!

On the plus side - finally they have sleepgowns back!

FlameThrowersKillZombies · 22/10/2008 18:11

There are loads designed like the poo up back one - it isn't unique to her, she probably just chose the godawful colours
