She'll be fine, she'll probably just sleep it off.

I really wouldn’t worry, It’s nearly ten hours since she took it, the effects have probably worn off by now. Is she ok in herself?

It can be prescribed for teenagers her age so I’m sure she will be fine. Maybe change how your store your medications to make it clearer which she can take.

Yes I feel guilty I hid the paracetamol up high and didn’t realise there was a pack off them on the side I feel so guilty and my anxiety is high but I’m trying to stay level headed, yes she is fine within herself,

If it helps at all online / nhs website it says the effects typically last a few hours (4-6) so any side effects have long passed now.

My youngest has been given medication accidentally on several occasions. I once gave him his brothers Ritalin, another time I gave him my sleeping tablets (which necessitated a night in hospital for observation) and, at school, he was once given the wrong vaccination!

No ill effects whatsoever!

I suppose it’s easily done. I’ll put medication up high from now on, didn’t think at the grand age of 14 she would do something like that but it’s not her fault it do say paracetamol on them I didn’t remember them being on the kitchen side, lesson learned!
