Mine are 17 & 19. At 4 DS would sleep 8/8:30- 6/6:30 I never had to wake him for primary school. We did take them for an extended trip in a campervan when je was 4 on that trip I think he was sleeping 9/9:30- 7:30/8 maybe ? That was central European time so the same as at home. Dd has always needed more sleep and would do 7:30-7:30 in primary school. Now aged 17 she will sleep 8:30/9pm-6.

Mine get up about that time during the week and maybe between 8 and 9am at wkends.

When my eldest was that age it was about 8pm. I'd give her a story and usually sleeping by 8.30. Sometimes earlier, occasional maybe closer to 9pm if she was having one of those nights she just wldnt go to sleep.

My youngest is 3 and doesn't go to bed until 9pm. I've taken her at 8 if she seems shattered but it just means it can take an hour before she finally goes to sleep. Even if I take her at 8.30 and do story then lights out. It's often not until after 9pm that she is finally sleeping. This is actually an improvement. When she was still having naps (at nursery not with me) bedtime took about 2hrs and often not sleeping until 10pm.

Up until about age 2 she wld be put down about 7.30 or earlier and sleeping within 5mins.

Some of them are just like that. If my now 3yo goes to bed late they usually wake up later. One of my older ones just doesn’t ever really sleep beyond 6-6.30am (which is an improvement). When they have been up late (eg at a wedding we went to in June) the early riser asked to go to bed at 9pm. 3yo could probably have gone all night!
