If they hadn’t done a poo, obviously.

I strongly suspect that most babies being changed every 2-3hrs have never had nappy rash either. So it’s difficult to tell whether changing more often than hourly prevents discomfort. Suspects it just wastes time and nappies.

So why dont u tell us how u changed and when you changed if you are so judgemental of thr 2 to 3hr change @Icycloud

I wash baby with water in every nappy change . Unless I am out then I use wipes instead of water. No rash here.

I generally change my baby around half 6/7 when we get up, 10/11 ish before we go out when I get him dressed, 2/3 when we get back home, and his dad changes him when he comes home at 5/6. So every 3 ish hours I suppose. Then fresh nappy after bath at 7 and he goes all night with a Pampers nappy on (use cheaper own brand ones during the day). Def heavy nappy in the morning but he doesn't seem to mind and it beats waking him up too much in the night.

Change poos straight away.

Every 2 hours. 3 hours max.
