Is there anything you couldn't forgive your child?

Mulling over a conversation I had at church this morning

Could your child do something so bad, you'd cut them out of your life?

I'm sure there are things I wouldn't forgive (eg one child hurting the other child, abuse of other humans) but I believe that as a parent my children are my responsibility and I don't think I could or should stop loving them and wishing the best for them in whatever circumstances. I hope that in some form I'd still be able to be there for them, like visiting in prison.

If my child committed a horrific crime I think it's more likely that I wouldn't be able to forgive myself both for what happened to them and their victim.
