Under 5

Especially under 3

RedRobyn2021 · 07/04/2023 21:00

Here to find out when it gets easier 😂

MyopicBunny · 07/04/2023 21:00

2.5 to 4. Without a doubt!

16 - 20 so far. By a landslide.

Beamur · 07/04/2023 21:01

37-52 😁

Ellemeg82 · 07/04/2023 21:01

I'm currently finding age 5 very tough. He's so argumentative and has an answer for everything!

shivawn · 07/04/2023 21:02

Well my son is only 18 months old so I have limited experience but I think the toddler stage is far easier than the baby stage. It first got easier at 5 months when he started sleeping better and then significantly easier at 12 months when he started walking.

Following with interest!

Hellocatshome · 07/04/2023 21:03

DS1 when he was 15 and his ex girlfriend convinced him she was pregnant but it was all lies and messed with his mental health very severely.

DS2 we have yet to encounter it.

NoraLuka · 07/04/2023 21:03

I had 2 under 2 but tbh that was easy compared to 14 onwards. The DC are 15 and 16 now so I’m waiting for it to get easier!

junebirthdaygirl · 07/04/2023 21:04

14 to 17 with one ds. Rest was fine . Have three dc. Those teenage years were savage and a bit unexpected as up to then all was well.

Findyourneutralspace · 07/04/2023 21:05

Late teens. Old enough to be independent , not wise enough to see the bigger picture. There are a million different kind of scrapes they can get themselves into, and only so much you can do to help.

ScarlettDarling · 07/04/2023 21:07

I’m finding the letting go bit hard. My son moved away for uni last autumn and that was so tough. My 16 year old dd is doing her own thing much more now, as she should, but I do miss her. I wouldn’t have things any other way. I want them to live their lives but it’s still a wrench to let them go.

lorisparkle · 07/04/2023 21:07

From about 12 - 14 years.

Babies and toddlers are physically hard work and I found having 2 under 2 tricky however I actually enjoyed having 3 under 5. As they grew up it got physically easier but once they hit preteen / early teen life got really tough - practically (working full time plus organising clubs, sports, activities, homework etc), emotionally (bullying, friendship issues etc), hormonally (attitude, unpredictable)

The challenges are amplified by the fact they are increasingly independent and increasingly bigger!

Selok · 07/04/2023 21:08

Teenage 15-16

Easterfunbun · 07/04/2023 21:11

I have 3. 13 year old son, 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son.

So far my DD has been challenging at age 5, 6 and 11. Bless her. She is still fab though lol 😂. Boys have been a breeze so far.

PurpleReindeer2 · 07/04/2023 21:11

Teen girls 13-18 OMG.😩

VineSt · 07/04/2023 21:13

Teenage 14-18.

H I D E O U S.

Ragwort · 07/04/2023 21:14

About 14-17 ... and I honestly don't think our DS was as difficult as some teenagers but it was tricky at times ... but we all got through it without any serious mishaps.

Nowthatlovehasperished · 07/04/2023 21:14

11-18 for sure. I have three teenagers so can say this with certainty.

I know how to stop teenage pregnancy - list give them their own teenager to parent for a week. It would put anyone off.

ItsReallyOnlyMe · 07/04/2023 21:19

From 0 to 1 child and first 3 months - ugh - the worst.

I didn't mind going from 1 child to 2 children.

Toddler years were frustrating, relentless and hard work.

Loved the teenage years!

SomersetBrie · 07/04/2023 21:19

15-16-17 years (so far), I look back with real nostalgia to those first few years when you always knew where they were.

MyopicBunny · 07/04/2023 22:03

See, my teenagers have been placid and easy. The 19 year old doesn't drink and is no party animal. So I guess I'm lucky.

par05 · 09/11/2023 18:35

Def teenage years from 14 to 16

Anotherloverholeinyohead · 09/11/2023 18:37

13-16 teenage years. They know everything, they eat everything and the bathroom is like some kind of sauna for thrm 🤣
