Fruit juice for 8 month old

I have read that fruit juice can be introduced from 7+months once heavily diluted. What juices would be suitable? Do I need to juice my own fruit or for example I purchased a bottle of Heinz Squash today but realised it says for 1+yrs. Is it suitable for my 8month old DD if diluted? Any tips for a confused FTM would be appreciated

I wouldn't be buying cordial for babies no.

But fruit smoothies is ok in my opinion. If they have teeth make sure you're brushing them well. Very watered down orange juice can help with constipation, but many babies don't like the taste.

I would have one beaker that only ever has water in it, kind of a trick to stop them demanding all sorts as their main drink as they get older.

I also buy those baby tea minion bottles you can buy because a friend bought her one. She's more bothered about the bottle than the taste and only asks for one if she sees it in the shop. Depends on the temperament of the kid, to wether they'll refuse water. But I'm talking toddlers, not babies.
