Its the first thing that popped into my head. Actually it was only meant to be temporary until I thought of something better

I was wearing stripey gloves (tis cooold in our house!) and needed a name in a hurry.

Can't be bothered to change it now, though the mama bit is not really very MN hardcore!

It was inspired by a very funny column in the Daily Telegraph, 'Diary of an Unfit Mother' that used to really make me laugh.

A weak pun on bookworm.

I enjoyed Buffy the Vampire Slayer - and particularly Spike and Dru.

Was MKG for a long time (my initials, talk about no imagination) But now my name refers to my boys.

Pure unadulterated childhood terror.

I was very grumpy one day and DS1 was watching Wow Wow Wubsey and there is a large pink thing-ummy called The Growly Gus.

And I felt that rather aptly described my state of mind.

The Growly Gus is actually quite friendly (as am I!) and we now, not infrequently call DS2 Growlygus when he gets grumpy.

I used to be polly28 which is shite

so dh suggested ggirl as my tits were g cup at that time.

now an f cup but the name has stuck

I was listening to Gwen Stefani's LoveMusicAngelBaby album. Just popped into my head. It was also semi-ironic, as I came to MN from Netmums, where there are lots of LoveyDoveyPwincess type names. I am not that person, but I was a NM-er for ages before becoming a MN-er, so it was kind of in homage to my fluffybunnyhunny roots . Thinking of going for a name change soon, though. Shake it up a bit for 2008!

allday as i can't be arsed to take the decs down

nothing inspired me actually. As you can see by the name it was a total lack of inspiration. The 5 names I had in mind were all taken so I just threw in extra "S" and a number until MN accepted it.

I'm open for suggestions for a better name though!
