How often do you bath your 2 year old? What's the norm for this age?

Every night. Partly routine, partly that he came back from forest nursery caked in mud

I bathe mine every evening, give or take the odd night where he's either too tired, or I am. But...since the weather has changed, he's developed quite bad dry skin on his bum and legs - it's raw - so I think i'm going to do quick showers with me in the morning instead.

Every night for us. DS loves the bath, when he was a colicky newborn it stopped him screaming for a whole 15 minutes so it's stuck as part of his evening routine. Milk, bath, teeth, book, bed. He loves routine so he wouldn't go to sleep without it.

Do what works for you.

Every evening - it’s a change of scene / play activity for me more than anything! When she’s reached that tired stage of the day and has exhausted all the toys downstairs, but it’s not bedtime yet. Into the bath with a few empty bottles / cups to play with. I sometimes take a brew up and enjoy a hot drink sat on floor while she splashes around!

Also some mornings she has a bath too first thing - just a shallow sluice down though really. She often does a very large poo first thing and honestly it’s quicker to clean her with water in bath than use half a bag of wipes to clean her up.

Every 2-3 days, depending on what he's been doing/eating. Probably be bathing more once he's at preschool and in the sandpit every day!

Every night as part of his bedtime routine. I don't think he's missed a bath since he was a couple of weeks old!

Once/twice a week due to eczema. Wash down in between.
