Breastfeeding isn't working out :(

I know I shouldn't be but I'm disappointed in myself that breastfeeding isn't working out between me and my baby. I want what's best for her and I feel like such a disappointment because I can't give it to her.. She just isn't latching on because my nipples are too small I believe. Everyone keeps telling me that I shouldn't feel that way but I can't help it :(

Also, just realised your baby is just over a week old! You are doing brilliantly, at that point I had barely picked up my phone, couldn't focus on anything and was in survival mode, so well done for being able to write coherent sentences!! I'm sure you will get there xx

Yes, she is now 1 week and 3 days old! Time honestly flies..
Everything is much better now, got into a steady pattern now with the milk situation and I'm using the breast pump once everyday so she's getting something! both breasts are cooperating brilliantly now, getting 3+ ounces out each time and she loves it. She still isn't latching on to the breast but I'm happy with the way things are right now and that's all that matters! My mood has gotten so much better, think I was just suffering with the baby blues... but I thank you all for the great advice and support you gave me! the breast pump really helps and makes me feel much better.
