With DD1, I just left it - but baby DS"s is quite unsightly as he doesn't have much hair.

Did you use oil? Medicated shampoo? Or is it really best just left?

Olive oil and massage with cotton pads.

Mustela foam shampoo, from Amazon.

dentinox initially to get the worst off, and then Childs Farm shampoos are the only ones she can use to stop it coming back, anything else and it creeps back (and sunshine too seems to make it go rampant again) She'll still get odd bits at 4yo.

Dentinox shampoo plus Pourty brush (£6?). DD’s was severe and improved immediately.
