How old are your babies & what time do you put your babies to bed?

& what time do they wake up?

My DD is 6 months old and we start our bedtime routine at 6.30pm, she is usually asleep by 7pm.

She wakes for a night feed at 2.30-3am then wakes for the day at around 6-6.30am.

She then naps for 2 hours about 9.30am and an hour at 3pm (mostly! Lol)
