What age do babies hit peak cuteness?

Mine is 7mths and I think he's there.
I just can't see him topping this.

The rolling and grinning and chortling and babbling and eating everything in sight.
He's excelled himself.

It can only go downhill from here.

18 months is pretty cute too, though - don't forget they can hug and kiss you back at that stage!

TheWeatherGirl1 · 15/02/2018 21:05

Ah, sloppy kisses.
I hadn't thought of that.
Right now I just get my nose sucked, which is wet. Very wet.

I'm loving 14 months! The attempt at talking is heart melting!

DS is 19 months old, and if he gets any cuter, my heart might implode.

He doesn't kiss me back , he tries to bite my face though lol

icantdothis2017 · 15/02/2018 21:06

My " baby " is two .
I think she's at a great age

WeeCheekyBird · 15/02/2018 21:09

Mine is 8 months old and she just gets cuter and cuter. She makes raar noises and attacks me (playfully) on the floor, is trying to walk with her walker and is furniture surfing like a pro. She has 2 teeth and loves showing them off in a cheeky grin.

Much better than that newborn stuff! 😃

TheWeatherGirl1 · 16/02/2018 11:58

This is all great stuff.
More good bits to look forward to!

Well mine are three and four and still so cute .. Enjoy your lovely baby

TheFaerieQueene · 16/02/2018 12:04

The day they move out for good. Nothing cuter than that 😂

FartnissEverbeans · 16/02/2018 16:16

Mine is 16mo and he is the most gorgeous he's ever been! And he was pretty gorgeous before Grin

Today he was dancing along with Iggle Piggle and I thought I mean spontaneously combust from sheer cuteness.

cornishmumtobe · 16/02/2018 16:23

Just because I'm now finally a mummy and can join in..... mine is 6 days old and to me this is the cutest GrinGrin

UmmmIdontThinkSo · 16/02/2018 16:24

I was going to say 7 months even before I read your OP!

LuxuryMilk · 16/02/2018 16:26

They get really cute around 6 months and lasts till about 3.

I miss the chubby legs and cheeks of a baby. Enjoy it!

NotAPuffin · 16/02/2018 16:27

I found all stages up to about 2.5 mind-bogglingly cute. After that, they're hilarious and adorable and gorgeous but not necessarily cute.

DrWhy · 16/02/2018 16:27

I keep thinking mine has reached peak cuteness and then he exceeds it again! He’s 17 months, toddling up to you in a nappy to give you a cuddle is unbelievably cute, hiding behind the sofa then peaking out at you grinning, doing something new then peeping up at you to check if it was good or bad from your expression (particularly if he thinks it might be naughty but it wasn’t!).

Cismyfatarse1 · 16/02/2018 16:39

Mine are the epitome of gorgeous at 16 and 17 (years, not months)

BendydickCuminsnatch · 16/02/2018 16:40

Yep IMO 6-18 months is just delicious! Although DS is 3 in May and the things he says - OMG! Not a baby though so doesn't relate to the question.

phoenix1973 · 16/02/2018 16:41

When they're moving out.

BendydickCuminsnatch · 16/02/2018 16:42

P.S DS2 is 3 months old and while he is utterly delightful and his smiles are divine, I can't wait for him to be able to blooming sit up by himself! And play! Yesssss, bring it on

AbsolutelyCorking · 16/02/2018 16:45

I don’t think babies are cute at all but you always think your own is cute. It’s an illusion!

namechange2222 · 16/02/2018 17:22

3 is my favourite age in the world for cuteness

DuckBilledAardvark · 16/02/2018 17:23

Nah, three is peak. “I luffs you Mummy, you are the best mummy in the entire world”
That shit is cute 😎

Aria2015 · 16/02/2018 17:29

Ah you've s I'll got loads of peak cuteness to come! Wait until your lo is a little toddler and can run over to you and wrap their chubby little hands around your neck and smooch your face! Soooo much cuteness!

arbrighton · 16/02/2018 21:18

Agree with you that 7mo is pretty cute. Especially the smile when you come into the room and he's just started to put his arms out towards me

arbrighton · 16/02/2018 21:19

@Absolutelycorking

True, a lot of babies I think look squished/ big ears etc

BUT

everyone who's ever seen my DS says he is cute, whether related or not!
