Ex withholding passport help

My ex is refusing to give me my daughters passport for our trip to Australia at Christmas. There is an order in place however I have to provide full details of the trip which I am refusing to do because I have made a mistake with the return date which breeches the Court Order and can’t afford a Solicitor help please

You are in the wrong. Offer him more time with her to make up for it. You should have made sure that the dates were correct ffs

It's sounds to me that you are being difficult on purpose.. to me it sounds like you picked awkward dates for him. Lied about it and the wouldn't swop weekends with him even though you are going to have her for a few weeks together.
Honestly I'd be very careful. It looks very bad for you from the outside.
