Join us on the Sleep forum. There’s a thread on there about being awake with a newborn that is very supportive.

Can you BF lying down? At least then you are resting whilst she cluster feeds.

7 weeks was when I hit the wall with both of mine. It won't be this bad for much longer Brew

Do you have anyone around who can take her out in the buggy or similar to give you a break?

This was exactly the time I nearly switched to formula - ordered bottles, steriliser and prep machine off amazon and everything! But then it really improved and I started to get a lot more sleep. Still ebf at nearly 5 months, with no intention of stopping any time soon, and it's never got that bad again. Keep going!! And take care of yourself - minimal housework and extra cake!
