What do you call a girls 'bits'

okay this might be a bit of a wierd thread but what do you call a DD 'bits'?
All suggestions welcome..me & DP can't agree!!

We've always said vulva and vagina probably because half my family are doctors and that's what we used at home.

we call it 'muffy' dd is 12 now and eldest ds 14 an its fine by them
They laugh out loud at vulva ( yeuch)

I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE CALL FANNYS VAGINAS they are VULVAS

We decided on LULU. It didnt sound right a 2 year old calling it by an adult name like vagina

Why not call it a Millicent?

I don't like "proper words" that are other things for it - so fairies, lilies, etc - how on EARTH do you explain the tooth fairy to a child who calls her vulva a fairy?!

DS calls his willy a winkley and now our DD has a twinkley. It is very twee! That being said if they have problems with their bits, I use the proper terms, like when DS fot a sore foreskin and if DD has sore labia/vulval regions. I think it is fine to have twee term for general use and use proper terms for medical scenarios.

I really really really will never get this.
Vulva is a luvely word im(often repeated)o.
there is nothing odd about a 2 or 3 year old using a "proper" term - it's the same as arm or ear or nose. it's what it's called.

Now, I do use willy, so I'm no better, really. But only because DS1 can't say his Ls yet and it sounds hilarious

Yes, it is a wiyyiy - I think that Nintendo got the idea for their latest console listening to DS1 speak of his genitals, actually.

LIKE FUCK we do! It's a fanny isn't it? Or a vulva or a vagina. FGS why thy euphemisms. They'll grow up convinced there's such terrible shame in have a fanny.

I am quite taken by calling it a euphemism (or a twee - I quite like that too).

I do have a special horror of front bottom though.
