fathers seeing their chidren

heya all, i am new here and i am really interested to hear what peoples views are on a Mother stopping a good father seeing his children, for no reason other than a relationship break down.

I bet my exH goes round saying he is an amazing dad and did nothing wrong yaddah yaddah yaddah

He was very abusive to me throughout our relationship and it was only when I saw a psychologist that I found the strength to leave. He continues to be abusive to me in front of thechildren at every contact.

Far from a court system biased against dads, at the moment I find it is a court system that is blind to just how abusive some men are and continue to be and also that it seems that it is those very same abusive dads that are most likely to repeatedly return to court. Ex now just uses the court system and every contact to continue his abuse, to the point I sometimes wonder if it was worth leaving

you won't have attended court etc with him so I don't think you should take at face value everything he tells you
