How did you torture your siblings?

If, indeed, you did.

I distinctly remember bopping my sister on the head with a recorder one time. I can still hear the 'donk' noise it made.

Then there was the favourite of repeating everything she said in a whiny voice.

My DH's eldest brother used to keep a fart jar then pin down his younger siblings and hold it over their face.

Any other gems any of you would care to admit to.....?

I'm the youngest, she's 5 years older than me. I'm the torturee!

ApocalypseNowt · 15/07/2014 20:50

See I'm the youngest by 3 years Ludways. Happily i soon grew taller than my sis so physically there wasn't much difference. And as the younger sibling it's like your job to be annoying.

Saying that though my sis used to enlist the girl next door to help torture me (she was 5 years older). Two incidents I remember:

Them giving me a 'mud pack beauty treatment' which consisted of covering my head in a mix of soil from the garden and water.

Me sitting on the top bunk and ndn asking to 'see my hands' then yanking me down so i fell on the floor.

I was very annoying though as was she

I once dropped an atlas on my brother's eye. I was about eight, and he was annoying me. I also consider it belated revenge for the time when I was six and he was three, and he barged into my face (still not entirely sure how this happened) and knocked out a wobbly tooth which was no where near ready to come out. When my dad asked what happened, DB said "I knocked it out with my big round body." He still hasn't lived that one down.

The thing that used to annoy the twins (7 1/2 years younger than me) was, whenever they did something silly/fell over/said something stupid, we'd laugh at them, and when they said "stop laughing at me!", we'd chant: "we're not laughing at you; we're laughing with you. The only problem is... you're not laughing!" I don't know why it wound them up so much, but it did, and we capitalized on it.

We also (still) have great fun teasing them about a song they wrote, aged about three, which went "Wast arvi, nast arvi, nolm!" Very cute, but by the time they were seven/eight, it was not cool to be cute!

I told my sister that she was born with a (short) tail, showed her pictures from a medical book that this was possible. I told her that it had to be removed surgically just after she was born and that it meant she was more closely related to monkeys than the rest of the family who were more like apes and therefore more clever.

mummylin2495 · 15/07/2014 21:15

I was the evil big sister and if I was looking after my two brothers they always ganged up on me. I would threaten them with either the poker or a dustpan and brush !!!

WannabeMrsJoshHomme · 15/07/2014 22:17

he also put washing up liquid in her drink. she was foaming at the mouthGrin Grin Grin

My sibling stuck pins up through my pillow and pillow case so I'd lay on them.

Fortunately I saw them glinting in the evening sun.

ApocalypseNowt · 16/07/2014 18:30

Ha! I do that to my best mate EatShitDerek. Specifically 'I wanna sex you up' by Color Me Badd. She hates it and says it creeps her out... Grin

I used to tie dsis's hair to the seat belt when she fell asleep on long car journeys; also if she fell sideways sideways onto the centre seat I would squash her head with the arm rest! Blush
And on holiday at our grandparents in France there was the novelty of every room in the house having a lockable door complete with keys so I took great pleasure in locking her in Shock
The worst thing I ever did was squirt her eye with skin so soft body oil spray through said keyhole above as she was peeking through to see if I was there! She cried so much I felt terrible; begged her not to tell dm as knew id be in big trouble! Blush
Having said all that I was a super protective big sis and woe betide anyone else who hurt or upset her!!! We are very close now and would do anything for each other Smile

janestheone · 20/07/2014 14:22

my brother and I used to tell our sister that cakes were poisonous to anyone under seven, and then take hers, and we'd say that if she told on us we'd push cake into her mouth and then she'd die. She believed us for ages. My brother took her two fields away one time and left her there and told her she had to find her own way home, if she could.

Reallystrugglinginside · 20/07/2014 14:50

My sister regulary stopped me to "check my knickers, I'd have to take them off, give them to her and lay on the floor. She also used to force me to dry hump pillows, wierdo that she was.

UlrikaGarlic · 20/07/2014 14:54

My brother used to sit on me and dribble on me! Hmm

iwasyoungonce · 20/07/2014 15:12

Peeled a grape, crushed up the fleshy green inside bit into a tissue, walked into the dining room where my DB was eating dinner, pretended to do a massive sneeze into the tissue, said "Ugh - look at that!" offering out the tissue, he instinctively glanced at it, I quickly wiped the contents of the tissue (grape) all over his face.

I was 18 at the time, and he was 20. Does it still count? Grin
