Clothes to fit over real nappies

My DS is 4 months and I use cloth nappies. I have some 3-6 month clothes that were given to me and while the little cords and dungarees are cute they are quite tight over his nappy and some don't fit at all as they seem to be made to fit over disposables. I could just keep him in tracksuit trousers or baby gros but I wondered if anyone knew of a clothing line that cut trousers to fit over cloth nappies?
Thanks.

Frugi. I had 3 in cloth and there were only a few skinny fit trousers we were given that I struggled to get over a cloth nappy.

Generally a lot of our trousers were in an age range up from the rest of the clothes. i.e 3-6 top and 6-9 bottoms. Of course tricky for 'outfits' but fine the rest of the time! And yes, stretchy fabric helps, demin is never going to be a good/easy thing to wear for a baby....

I was going to say [[http://www.welovefrugi.com/baby_toddler/view_all_baby_toddler frugi]] too - beautiful, well made clothes - albeit expensive (but resell well on ebay).

Otherwise I used to get my DS (chunky as well as cloth-nappied) trousers that were several sizes too big (often lined cotton ones from mothercare/ m&s etc) and sew turn ups into them.

With vests you can get vest extenders on ebay or through cloth nappy sites so they fit for longer over cloth nappies.

Thanks guys.

I have some vest extenders that I got from The Nappy Lady.

I think I will go for M&S clothes in the next size up - I've been quite impressed with their baby clothes in general and he's a long baby so the extra length might not be too bad.

I find sainsbury's clothing really good. Shorts and joggers are better rather than jeans as they have more stretch. Dunnes stores clothing is hopeless. My DS got clothes from his Irish aunty from there and the trousers won't go over his nappy.

H&M is apparently cut for cloth nappies - DD is still tiny though so usually dressed in a sleep suit at the moment. Have been told H&M or Frugi are the best places when I start dressing her in real clothes Grin
