Pjs for 2 year olds?

MMollyMum2 · 02/05/2013 19:27

Just wondering what kind of pjs are the best for 2 year old boys? And also does anyone know where I can get nice, good quality ones? Not keen on cartoony things on the front. Thank you. Any suggestions welcome.

Saisburies have nice ones. Size up, the tops are short. Next are lovely, come up bigger. Ds is huge & I buy his age group there.

John Lewis, Gap, M&S and White Company are all great.

Sleepyfergus · 02/05/2013 19:35

I have dds, but Gap PJs are lovely quality and last well particularly good to slender babies/toddlers as they are cut on the slim fitting size. That said, I often have to size up in Gap. I usually wait till they are in the sale or have a 30% off deal and stock up. They do shortie versions for the summer too.

NotEnoughJamOnTheBread · 02/05/2013 19:42

White Company is my first choice, they do gorgeous stuff.

BikeRunSki · 02/05/2013 19:52

I hate cheap, flimsy, thin PJs, and get my Dc's from Gap, John Lewis, White Company, Jojomamanbebe. Once DS got to 2, he slowed down growing, and I found expensive PJs to be worth the investment because he is in them for a year or more now.

Last year I discovered a fabulous brand called Ava and Luc. Really nice quality and great designs. You can get them at www.IndiaCoco.com IndiaCoco.

MMollyMum2 · 02/05/2013 19:52

Thank you, will check them out first chance I get.

Petit Bateau and White Company

cathpip · 02/05/2013 20:07

John lewis are good, my two love the snuggle fit pjs from next as they don't ride up on the leg.

BikeRunSki · 02/05/2013 20:54

Ava and Luc PJs .

miffybun73 · 02/05/2013 20:56

We always get lovely ones from Sainsbury's. They are cosy and wash really well. Good choice of designs.

looseleaf · 02/05/2013 20:57

Someone here recommended Mini Vanilla to me for our nearly 2 year old . They're really lovely and no cartoons

breatheslowly · 02/05/2013 21:25

We have had some lovely Sainsbury's boys ones for DD.

LifeIsBetterInFlipFlops · 02/05/2013 22:48

Agree with other posters, White Company.

babySophieRose · 03/05/2013 09:02

We have two very nice pairs from Mothercare. Very soft, good quality and at half price too.

nextphase · 03/05/2013 09:19

Boots are lovely. We tend to go to ASDA for cars/space rockets type designs. Not brill quality, but currently doing DS2 as second hand, and only the 18-24 have needed replacing. 2-3 going strong. Going to have to find a sainsburys after this thread tho.

We have one pair of mini vanilla, aged 4-5, and my (smallish - just moved into 3-4 clothes for everything else) DS1 can't get his head through the neck hole of the top.

TwentyTinyToes · 04/05/2013 13:30

Mini vanilla are lovely, they are small though so go up a size. Sainsbury's are nice too but also come up small.

Beatrixpotty · 04/05/2013 21:35

White Company & Boden.Although more expensive than some places there is almost always a discount of at least 15% if you get on the mailing list.

forevergreek · 04/05/2013 21:37

White company. When their flannel pjs we're in the sale after Xmas they were right down to £4.50!! I brought in several colours and sizes

MMollyMum2 · 07/05/2013 17:19

I just adore Ava and Luc. We gave red elephants and green dinosaurs. DS wants penguins next!

TwentyTinyToes · 08/05/2013 18:29

Love the ava and luc, will be ordering some.
