Due 20th

Busy weekend, busy next weekend

Not even sure what I should be doing

Does this sound familiar?

Bugger

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes, yes, some can be smug Envy

I'm supposed to be working on mine (got extension).

Can you do some in the evenings?

You still have some time: maybe just do a bit every day?

I'm roasting pork loin and MNetting. I should be doing the essay as DP took DD out to meet some friends of his Hmm I find it hard to focus, though, when I know I've only got an hour iyswim.

Prolesworth, did you get your tma back yet?

KatyMac · 12/12/2010 11:41

Shouldn't have gone dancing last night

Can I join you in the countdown? Am still doing mine, but deadline is tomorrow! Must keep going, and get off Mumsnet, as now have less than 24 hours......have got a brief extension, but don't want to use it as it will just drag the agony of this TMA on even longer and I want it over so I can start thinking about Christmas!!

KatyMac · 12/12/2010 12:40

Off to buy my mums Christmas tree, then go to the Christmas fair

OP posts:
KatyMac · 12/12/2010 14:57

I'm back - now for lunch

How's it going tiredofchallenge?

OP posts:
tiredofchallenge · 12/12/2010 15:30

Not that great - had to stop to take dd to her sport, grab some shopping and have to go back out to collect in a bit. Oh, and have decided to completely change the focus of the TMA as the approach I'd chosen just wasn't working!

How was the fair?

KatyMac · 12/12/2010 16:31

Me neither

So tired

tiredofchallenge · 13/12/2010 09:32

Well, finally submitted at 3.30am. Managed to get up to the right number of words, but don't think they're any good. Oh well, at least I have a few days before I need to start tackling the next one (am foolishly doing 2 modules at the moment!).

KatyMac · 13/12/2010 12:37

Oh good

Now about mine......

OP posts:
loflo · 13/12/2010 19:24

Feel your pain Katy - I submitted mine yesterday - doing a postgrad and haven't written an essay for 17 years. That TMA took nearly as long....... Hope it's nearly done!

KatyMac · 13/12/2010 20:49

Erm not really no

& I am too tired now

OP posts:
loflo · 13/12/2010 21:35

Can we help? Is it about something exciting Wink

KatyMac · 13/12/2010 21:44

Nah

Work based practise

Boring - I took a supposedly easy option because my last course was a bugger but fascinating; & it's very hard & boring

OP posts:
loflo · 13/12/2010 22:37

Ah ok - DH had to literally stand over me and make me type. And I reverted to teenage strops and refused to do my homework! Got there eventually. But next year its cake decorating!

KatyMac · 14/12/2010 07:49

What did you do this time then (fantasises about cake decorating)

OP posts:
loflo · 14/12/2010 09:28

I am in the middle of K802 - Critical practice with children and young people. Sugar - mmmmmmmmmm. Hope today is fruitful Smile
