Hurrah!! It's fabulous and the kids are loving it!!!

It's very warm still - that's what's great about it, it's very tropical! Well, as tropical as you can get in Manchester! Ha ha!

It is practically pitch black with fantastic lightening right in front of me - I'm upstairs in the office and the atmosphere is brilliant! I love storms!

And at least the paddling pool is getting filled up!

OMG, the rain is torrential and the thunder and lightening is just continuous!! I'm so excited!! Got the windows open aswell!

We had that one yesterday, GDG! (I live in the Highlands). Incredibly spectacular, happened at about 8pm last night! Forked lightening an' all.

This storm is amazing!!! YOu should see the water running off the roof and the hail bouncing off the ground!! Thunder and lightening is still non-stop - been going a good 10 mins now!

Worcester area is supposed to get the thunderstorms in the next hour or so, so it's obviously moving down south. Hope so - am currently sweltering as I'm making a roast dinner, lol.

we had HUGE hailstones. we were sitting in the car (too wet to get out) and the noise ws quite frightening from them.
the thunder has been rumbling for a good hour. i unplugged EVERYTHING but now it is miles away so we are back in action
