Hello you two - soooo pleased you are both still here
The O situation has pretty much resolved itself. But I get the feeling he feels a bit 'removed' from it all at school. A bit more out on a limb, feeling as if he does not really fit in. Never mind, he has one or two nice pals so he is not alone, and in only 6 months or so he is off to secondary school so I am not too worried. He was always a bit of a one-off at school (due to not being into sport mainly) but he always felt he was quite well liked. Now he is a one-off but feeling not liked and it is not worse as such, just 'different'. But he is doing well, very philosophical, not really bothered i am amazed at him really - he has a very mature head on his 10 year old shoulders
Work is fine - a bit stressfull at the moment. No timetable changes as yet so I still have my three free afternoons - quite happy with that Especially as the weather will get nicer - lots of doggle walks planned
Have to start planning the targets for Boy for next term and the next year as his annual review is the week after half term. The Educational Psychologist is coming to see him that week too. Fretting a bit, I know I will be called upon to talk at the meeting and am worried (that emoticon should be called [fret]!)
Also, next week, I have been chosed as one of the 12 members of staff to be interviewed for the Investors in People award for the school - we already have the award but need to be checked every 3 years so as to be able to keep it. Have to read up on the School Development plan and my place within it ([fret]!)
Anyroad, Silent Witness is on soon, so am going to make a cuppa
Well done T on his bloodtest - very brave!
How is B? Did you ever get the result of the ballet exam? (am sure you did, I may just not have read something properly)
