I don't think O minded too much, I think he was a bit bashful about it. He gets on quite well with girl next door (H), they text each other every now and then.
Her friend (M) is someone O claims not to be friends with, apparently they are not in the same classes/form or anything but spend a lot of time pulling faces at each other whenever they see each other in the corridor / lunch hall. Last week next door were having a BBQ with M and her parents. After they had eaten they invited O and E to come over and play badminton with them. O and M were hilarious (I popped my head over the fence once in a while) as they kept pulling semi serious gurning faces at each other and then laughing. Snort!

I could not remember the password to my original profile so have made a new one. Also in my name, but the picture is that of a lock bridge.

Hope you find me, have one friend so far and am lonely....

And btw, how cute are these [busmile]

MaryAnnSingleton · 22/04/2011 09:05

ok-will look...I have a nice fb Dutch friend called Birgitta - she makes lovely things (and Dutch foods !) I'll suggest some people you might like- all perfectly ok and safe ! x

BehindLockNumberNine · 22/04/2011 09:58

Oooh, lovely, thank you Smile

BehindLockNumberNine · 22/04/2011 11:23

EEEek, Mas, what do I do with those friend requests - the ones suggested y you? I don't know how that works. Do they want to be my friend? Do they know you have suggested them? If I accept them will they think 'who is that madwoman I don't know her?' HEEEELLLLPPPPPP [buconfused]

BehindLockNumberNine · 22/04/2011 22:57

Birgitta looks nice, and her photography is amazing!!

Do you have BIWI as one of your friends on FB? Thouht I recognized her picture but could be wrong...

Hope you are having a nice Easter. We had a lovely day today, cycled into Woking to watch Horrible Histories in the theatre. Absolutely amazing, loved it!
Not much going on tomorrow (shopping in the morning and E is horseriding in the afternoon)
Sunday is the Woking Canal Festival. My dsis is coming over, we are going to walk along the canal to the Festival, spend some time there and then walk back before firing up the BBQ. Can't wait!!

Right, better go to bed, speak soon [busmile]

MaryAnnSingleton · 25/04/2011 18:28

just back from MIL's in Notts.... yes BIWI is on there -the picture you recognised -and the others are MNetters too.

OP posts:
BehindLockNumberNine · 25/04/2011 20:32

Oh no, I panicked about the others and deleted your recommendation. Will never find them again now...

Is Birgitta a MNetter too?

MaryAnnSingleton · 25/04/2011 22:43

I don't think so- I found her on folksy when I ordered a cushion for my mum's birthday.

Hi MAS - took some finding this time Smile

Hotcross - there is a poster called hotcrosSES and whilst I don't think it is you a tiny part of me jumps every time I see her name.

Have had a few chaotic weeks - after much deliberation dh changed his job as he had been unhappy at his place of work for a while. Anyway, he found a job relatively easily, a job he loved and was enthusiastic about. He had not been there 3 weeks when the (small) company had some difficulties and dh, being last in, was first out. No redundancy pay as he had only been there a matter of weeks.

After the initial shock he lined up 3 interviews relatively quickly. The first interview has not resulted in a job. We are waiting to hear from the other two. Fingers crossed.
In the meantime he has started work as a contractor so at least we have money coming in. But it is still a bit stressfull Sad

BehindLockNumberNine · 04/06/2011 20:06

bump for mas
