Please help Beetroot fulfil her dream to pose topless

So, Beetroot suggested a Mumsnet topless calender. Actually no Tamum did but it's Beetroot that has, for many, many years now (!) had a desire to bare her breasts.

As I love her dearly I've said I'll do January.

I see Beetroot as September as all the leaves on the trees are turning red.

So, who else is up for it.

We're raising money for a worthwhile cause btw.

Maybe if Pupuce is on a stand at the Mother and Baby show again, she could be persuaded to sell a few copies there..... or would it be MN eyes only?

Have been thinking about this while in the bath, examining my wobbly bits.

IMO, we should try and find a middle ground between just choosing cool shots that we would love to recreate and something that actually connects them to Mumsnet. Personally I don't want to be photographed at the kitchen worktop (no offence Carla!) but is there a way we could do the iconic shots but with a Mumsnet twist? I'm not sure that Christine Keeler or Marilyn poses are that relevant to MN as it stands, for example (although they're gorgeous) but maybe we could change them slightly so they are? Or maybe even choose iconic stars who were/are also well-known mothers? Otherwise it's a bit random, IYKWIM?

Anyway, just some thoughts

I like what you saying snafu, it seems befitting. I just think it may prove difficult to find enough of the right well known iconic images. I know personally, using a known sexy starlet image may give me more confidence to do it though as IM very nervous right now !!

gscrym it has been suggested already a la demi moore, but i dont think anyone has volunteered yet. I would think the pics based on iconic pics would have a twist. I am going to pose as the promo shot for american beauty covered in soft toys and dummies, beety is doing september in the style christine keeler, maybe she could have some rubber gloves on!

I don't mind but I'd have to be artistically posed. I have great boobs but an overweight bod which I don't want to expose!

We need mums of all shapes and sizes and ages if we are going to portray real mums, so none of this airbrushing talk!

By the way, I could do pregnant mummy, not actually pregnant but could easily be mistaken for it with my tummy!
