Mentioned in another thread, someone admitted to liking Tony Blair (you know who you are), and just wondered if there was any other non obvious people whom we have crushes on. I must admit to liking Quinten Willson, I am sure others will come to me later.

I'd forgotten the video as well but have now looked at the tape and yes www - you were gurning. Now how much would you pay me to not post that here?
Seriously, if you, bk, fionn, CAM want to see the pictures then get Mumsnet to send me your e-mails ad I'll snd them

Caroline5 · 31/01/2003 21:57

I literally bumped into Jeremy Paxman going through a set of swing doors once (him going one way, me the other). He was totally grumpy and basically cut me dead, no apology! Still, quite attractive in a rugged sort of way.

Mommymommy · 31/01/2003 22:03

Hannibal smith from the A-Team, have any of you seen that bum in the combat trousers?

tomps · 31/01/2003 22:19

Angus Deayton once came into the bar/restaurant I was running wearing awful saggy shorts and off-white t-shirt, after which I couldn't fancy him at all. Pearce (sp?) Brosnan also came in on another occasion, and he was MORE gorgeous and wonderful in real life than on screen. Not a weird crush though. Tom Jones for me please. Ideally drunk and in the dark though as he is starting to look a bit grandfatherly.

WideWebWitch · 01/02/2003 00:33

Prufrock, sadly can't pay anything, am broke but do email me choicest stills at [email protected] and I'll maybe sell my car Tompy, oooh Pierce, my all time favourite (non weird admittedly) crush. Glad to hear he's all I've cracked him up to be in the flesh!

EmmaTMG · 01/02/2003 07:11

mommymommy, I'm with you on Hannibal from the A-team. I've been hoping someone would admit to him as I couldn't remember his name and wanted to 'come clean' about him!!

breeze · 01/02/2003 10:06

Oh that reminds me, i used to like the guy from the a-team,can't remember his name, the one that was in battelstar galatica. Placed face man or something weird. I always laughed at the fact that could make a truck out of anything.

prufrock I also do not remember seeing vidcam at any point but I must see the pics. I have asked mumsnet to send you my email.

jodee · 01/02/2003 21:52

I've confessed to this before - I am in love with Christoper Walken!!

Nutjob · 01/02/2003 22:42

Have to say Jodee that I have a bit of a 'thang' for him too. He was just sooooo hilarious in 'True Romance' and that scene with the watch in 'Pulp Fiction', and I just love him in the 'Weapon of Choice' video!!!!

CAM · 02/02/2003 19:51

Love him too

spacemonkey · 02/02/2003 20:10

YES he is a great mover isnt he nutjob!

Nutjob · 02/02/2003 20:12

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!

clucks · 02/02/2003 21:07

After a heavy dose of cbeebies, I confess to liking the bald, shiny one from storymakers, Milton Wordsworth I think. Lovely smile, very shiny head.

My dear 74 yr old mum, v traditional, luvved SEAL, of the hunky body and tribal scarring.

jodee · 02/02/2003 21:43

Hooray! My DH thinks I'm mad; now I can tell him CW has a Mumsnet fanclub! Nutjob, love him too in that video! Am I right in thinking he is in the new film with Leo di Caprio and Tom Hanks?

Chiccadum · 02/02/2003 21:53

Which is the one out of storymakers that played cat in Red Dwarf. Does anyone thing that women who is sometimes in it is really annoying?

Chinchilla · 03/02/2003 18:37

Clucks - Byron is the bald one, not Milton. I think he is pretty hot too! Milton is my favourite character though.

clucks · 04/02/2003 22:22

Aha, Baldie Byron not been on for a while, vrey smooth and sexy. I find both storymakers girls irritating. Blue cow, apart from being unfanciable, is my favourite character.

JoPat · 04/02/2003 23:26

I really, really have a thing for Eddie Izzard. Especially when he's dressed up. I have a couple of his gigs on tape and he is definately doing something right.

What about the guy from 'The Unsual Suspects' ? The one who turns out to be the baddie. I can't believe I've forgotten his name, I think he's gorgeous.

Bobbins · 04/02/2003 23:44

JoPat> do you mean kevin Spacey, bald men are supposedly more virile!

CW> yes,yes, yes

Willem Defoe.(sp?)..wahey!

cerys · 05/02/2003 10:48

Agree about Michael Palin and Shane Ritchie.

Bit of a crush on Darius at the moment.Think I'm nearly old enough to be his mum too Oh, and Dermot O'Leary.

I used to have a bit of a thing for Morrissey when I was an angst-ridden student in the late 80s.

Think I've embarrassed myself enough now.

EmmaTMG · 05/02/2003 11:13

Ohh Dermot o'leary.....How could I forget him although he isn't a bizarre crush in my opinion.
Dermot, Dermot Ohhh lovely Dermot

loopymum · 05/02/2003 13:10

Anyone for Chevy Chase? He was lovely in Caddyshack I thought.

Demented · 05/02/2003 13:23

Used to have quite a thing for Bono from U2. Conan Powell (is that his name) American government man who did alot of speeches after Sept 11, don't find him particularly physically attractive but he has a fantastic voice.

Always thought Steve Martin was nice in a white haired kind of way.

Tissy · 05/02/2003 13:27

Demented- its Colin, pronounced Coe-lin- does that put you off??
