I have just seen this mornings headlines. Is this true about Zoe and Norm? Does anyone know if there is a grain of truth in there?

How old is Woody? 2ish?

This is really sad for the little boy.

back to zoe, someone told me today that she was also rumoured to be seeing james nesbitt. surely you couldn't of had the time to see them all.

Moomin · 02/02/2003 18:53

Why not? Looking after Woody doesn't take up any of her time, she in theory she could. (Mieow!)

Moomin · 02/02/2003 18:54

Der - please read the first "she" as "so"!

aloha · 02/02/2003 19:10

I just saw pix of James Nesbitt in Barbados with wife and kiddies. he can only have been back five mins!

spacemonkey · 02/02/2003 20:12

susan sarandon and tim robbins are still married yes, she was talking about him on richard and judy last week

Lara2 · 02/02/2003 20:34

Back to Sadie -she may have PND, but I really can't have any sympathy for someone who not only has a premature baby and is out at a 'launch' less than a week later, but has her youg child's birthday party at a nightclub (does this woman have brains) and is surprised when she gets hold of drugs on the floor! If my baby was prem. the LAST place I'd be was swanning it up at some launch party!! I wouldn't have been there even if the baby was full term, when they're that little they need their mum! Sorry!! Rant, rant!

breeze · 02/02/2003 20:36

I was told that apparently sadie is in the hospital not for PND but for drug addiction, and that the ecstacy tablet the child swallowed was hers, and that is why she didn't sue.

aloha · 02/02/2003 21:05

don't much care for Sadie (see previous posts) but to be fair, Soho House isn't strictly speaking a nightclub, it's a very swanky private member's club and restaurant and the party was for a friend's child. It has a nice private cinema. It is, however, generally full of people who take drugs of all kinds (yes, I have been there and no I don't take drugs - except alcohol!). But then I'm pretty sure that the circles they mix with are hardly drug-free, even if they are opposed to drugs themselves.

I believe Robbie did go out with Nicole, one of the songs on his new album is rumoured to be about her, it's not very complimentary. Read a trashy mag today that made a comment about Robbie and Kelly Osborne - this can't be true! Does anyone know if this is a joke or has Robbie started drinking again! (Sorry slightly off the subject.)

Rhubarb · 03/02/2003 14:22

Lara - a bit harsh on poor old Sadie aren't you? So what if she went out a week after her baby was born - is she not allowed a life of her own? She probably needed a break! And the nightclub is regularly used for kiddies parties during the day, there is a cleaner who is supposed to have the place spick and span before the daytime parties arrive. It's no worse than having a party in a pub if you ask me.
I don't know Sadie personally, so I'll reserve my slagging offs for people I do know. After all, what we do know of Sadie is usually from the tabloids, and we all know how trustworthy they are don't we!

Lara2 · 03/02/2003 18:35

But who, more than people like her, do have a life of their own? Truthfully, would you go to a launch and leave your baby in the first week after it was born?

oxocube · 03/02/2003 19:33

Lara2, No. D.s 2 is 15 months and I have left him once with my mum. Do not think this is necessarily the only way or the right way to bring up kids though, its just my way of doing things. Also take the point that the tabloids frequently misrepresent the truth.

Enid · 03/02/2003 19:48

Soho House is generally a nice place to take kids, all the staff are friendly and when I took dd1 there Ewan MacGregor carried her buggy up the stairs for me

Moomin · 03/02/2003 19:55

You lucky minx, Enid. I'd have feigned temporary loss of legs to see if he'd carry me up as well...(altho he'd need the help of a winch and crane at the mo!)
Something that's been interesting me: Do the contributors to this thread relay their info from the tabloids or do some of us have inside knowledge through work, friends of friends, etc? I only ask, as I'm (ashamedly) fascinated with the TRUTH behind the facades presented by most celebs. Only because I spose it proves they're no better than the rest of us!

Enid · 03/02/2003 19:57

I did get a bit uncooly flustered and thanked him about 50 times. He had a huge beard.

Moomin · 04/03/2003 16:40

I know I'm a complete old boot for resurrecting this thread, but hey! Did anyone see the stuff before last week about Zoe & FBS trying to sort things out, only to be followed by sightings of her coming out of her boyfriend's house the other morning? I reckon she only agreed to try and sort things out with Norm because she was scared of the adverse publicity - I don't think she actually had any intention of getting back together with him.

I know I really should be on the "get a life" thread... but I think she's being really hypocritical and I wanted to vent my spleen!

bundle · 04/03/2003 17:04

all seems a bit silly when she knows she's under even more public scrutiny than normal. I know she asked the paparazzi if they could be left alone...but she doesn't trust them does she??? It's bad enough trying to sort out relationship problems for us 'normal' folk, I can't imagine what it's like if you're famous & followed around supermarkets etc.

happydays · 04/03/2003 18:11

To be honest, you can never be certain what goes on in a marriage. I mean he could be a control freak, wife beater etc etc.

breeze · 19/04/2003 17:08

Someone told me they are back together now. true or not.

doormat · 19/04/2003 20:33

Breeze read in the paper the other day that they are back 2gether but who knows or actually cares. IMO i think it was just a publicity stunt as she likes nothing more than her face in the paper and so he can sell more crap records.

breeze · 20/04/2003 17:35

Not a fan then doormat
