StripeyKnickersSpottySocks · 15/06/2008 16:05

Sorry, hopefully he will be back on his feet in no time.

EllieG · 15/06/2008 16:05

Thanks sorry for moaning. At St George's Hospital in Tooting. DSD is fine the reletives are over and I have told her in very chilled terms about it and she is missing us but OK, bless her.
THanks for letting me get off my chest, am feeling more positive now, just needed to have a rant I think

Oh Ellie!!!

I hope DP recovers quickly, it must have been a huge shock, and that you are getting lots of RL support for you and DD. xxx

Marina · 15/06/2008 20:55

Loads of sympathy from me. My dad is in another London hospital and due to have a triple bypass tomorrow. I bet he's older than your dp though EllieG - he's 83 . One of the saddest things about visiting him on the cardiac ward has been seeing other patients who are 30, 40 years younger than him, some of them like your dp with young families.
Whatever the outcome for my dad I am SO going to be fundraising for the BHF this year.
I hope your dp is getting good care and good follow-up. I hope the hospital are doing their best for you too. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery XXX

Twelvelegs · 15/06/2008 20:56

Best Wishes xxxxxx
