I just did a quick google and it appears that weight gain IS a side effect of the ADs I'm on - which at least means it's not entirely my fault I'm the heaviest I've ever been. So I'm off to the docs to get it sorted out. I don't know, is 6 months long enough to give it before coming off?

That's all I usually need. I've managed to wean myself off them now this time. I've olny taken one in the last three weeks and that was because I started getting dizzy. I tend to need them every few years for about six months starting in about Nov.

Unfortunately my weight gain cannot be put down to ads. It is cos I is a pig .

Citalopram didn't make me gain weight either, just the beer and cake! I thought the jury was out on Ad's and weight gain anyway.

I didn't say beer & cake weren't contributory factors But now we're into the spring this is probably a good time. The 'peck pecks' can keep me happy!

Did I say that they sit on the roof of their house and look in through the window? Well unfortunaly they also poo on the roof of their house which is not a pleasant sight while eating.
