Just been to my favourite haunt Primark and bought quite e lot of stuff. To cut a long story short it was really busy in there and I had to queue for ages.
You give the cashier your basket and she takes everything out, rings it up on the till, Then they pack it all in the bag for you.
Got home and half of the stuff I have bought and paid for is missing. I didn't check my bag as the woman just handed it to me and I assumed it would all be there.
Phoned them up and they were really Sh*ty saying that I had to go back with my stuff and receipt but it was unlikely they would find my stuff as someone had probably picked it up.
I am so p'd off I really am. If they don't replace the stuff I am going to go mad, I really am. What else can I do?

god thats awful :9 i would still go back, no wonder you are fuming

I asked for 20 cashback in the co-op the other day and it was so busy I forgot the money and only realised about an hour later. i went in and said 'you forgot to give me 20 back' and she just opened the til and gave me 20 never even flinched. it made me wonder if she was going to take the 20 for herself

The thing it is not round the corner it's quite far. My mum's going to have the kids as dd and Primark would not mix. Dd would be in her element as it is huge and full of things she would love to touch

Well if they don't give you your stuff, you know how to get your revenge - take your DD in there, just after she's eaten a packet of chocolate buttons!

go back and kick off! i worked in a shoe shop ages ago and there was this one woman who wouldnt leave the shop until we gave her a refund for a pair of shoes she bought 3YEARS ago ( like youd do that!) point of it being if you kick off long enough youll get sorted! NEED TO ADD .... this woman sat in the shop for 3 hours!

Went back tonight and guess what they had my stuff. After the stupid bitch that I spoke to said it wasn't there and there's nothing they can do about. Never mind at least I got my stuff.
I would highly recommend a trip to Primark girls. They have got lovely chocolocate brown fur boots for £12. Fur bodywarmers for £10 in cream, brown and black. They just had so many lovely things I had to control myself. Sometimes they have cr*p and other times like today I could have spent a lot.

I got dd 2 lovely skirts for £2 each. Honestly they are lovely.
I wnat one in my local centre as I have to drive a bit further.

Thanks RNB. The bodywarmers were lovely and so were the boots. Unfortunately they didn't have them in my size but I'll be back next week
The boots were knee length with fur round the top. Would look lovely with cropped jeans.

RnB £12. They were in black, chocolate brown and cream.

OMG the jeans as well. Jeans and skirts with lovely belts with the big buckle and diamonds/stones in - £10!!! I think the jeans are as good as Topshop. They are almost identical.
I also got ds (I have been searching for ages)a dressing gown with Skaters on for £4.

Whenever I am down and I need a spend up I head there. I do shop in other places too though. It's just that I had to go to the hospital and Primark is literally round the corner (any excuse)
