DS is fully recovered came back from school with a rash on his chest/tummy... More FFS. Doctor thinks it's either reaction to the antibiotics (unlikely because he's had them before with no issues) or the final hurrah of whatever caused the fever. So he's gone out to SportingActivity tonight. Well, DH is in charge tonight so he can deal with that.

at post-concert LetUs - was he good then? I suspect you meant to stand in front of Fancy though - she was doing the fanning for you. I was busy doing athos the sleeping thing.

DS and DH have gone off out, making such a kerfuffle and fuss that I gave up on the lie-in idea and will do housework/productive stuff mooch online instead. I am currently being a cat bed, so I cannot move because that would be cruelty to cats. Is lovely outside atm, and will be too hot soon I expect.

Sadly I only had to deal with hard tax stuff letus. Still, it all worked, which I was pleased about especially as some tax rates have changed and so I can't just follow what I did last year

It's looking hot here too - need to get some work done and then hopefully I can laze around in the garden afterwards.

Now I need to put on a hat and go outside to be productive.

Evening, very hot here today. I've been sitting in the shade doing a very difficult sudoku which was very satisfying and a complete waste of time.

Around 26 degrees today, supposed to be hotter tomorrow

I started work at 7, then drove to another city (the AC doesn't work) and had lunch with a friend. Then did some food shopping, then drove back in much heavier traffic with a couple of lunatics on the road. I'm also making a cake, my mum and sis is coming over tomorrow. Hopefully they won't try to kill each other in the car

It's 26 degrees in our sitting room Probably (hopefully) cooler outside by now.

I out all day tomorrow so I really ought to do something about sorting out packed lunch and stuff to take to stop me dying of boredom - we're off to what DH says is the last SportingCompetition of the season. (I must work harder at my attitude re. supportive parent/spouse ...)

Had the hottest, sweatiest journey home on the train and it didn’t even involve HBFs. And just to round it off when I did get home, it was raining!

I’m recording tonight’s Glastonbury to watch in peace on my own.

Have made lunch and thrown extra random food in the bag for tomorrow. Now it is time for a magnum, then shower and bed...

Just put Glastonbury on in time to see the end of Glamorous Indie Rock n Roll - just as he was standing at the corner of the stage beckoning with his fingers. I had several moments.

Then DH said “how old is he?” I had to pretend I needed to look it up instead of immediately saying “he was 38 last Friday”

at pretending not to know his inside leg measurement age down to the day and hour

I am away to the hayloft, night all...
