Well I survived the commute - only another 3 days of it to go. It was a productive day at least & the client is very nice, so not bad all round.

Am watching a Countdown from a couple of weeks ago - Gethin Jones is on. A little easier on the eye than the usual guest.....

Decent client makes things a bit easier. I know you don’t want Strictly Fancy, but Gethin Jones was on it a few series ago. Proved to be quite a talented dancer

Back to rain here, and I have the dentist this evening.

Morning. Urgh. Thunder from about 2am (sorry Fancy), plus DS. It wasn't my nest night's sleep ever (though it was nice to have the small cuddly person snuggled up with me - doesn't happen so much these days.)

Bleurgh to the commute Fancy, happy travels to Apricot, and HBFs for everyone.

It has been damp here. That's about it. I have done more exercise things and food things, and now it's the 'shovelling DS into bed' thing. Then it might be 'do a bit of work' thing. Or not. Maybe the 'early hayloft' thing instead.

I will also be being pissed off at DS1 who has lost another coat FFS.

And I need to make things up with Aidan because it was his birthday yesterday and I didn’t help him celebrate

Afternoon wenches from sunny and windy Wales. We did our usual trip to the local Poundland this morning to stock up with stuff. It's the only place I can get HP baked beans after they were taken over by Heinz and discontinued. No other baked beans will do. I bought 12 tins to add to the 30-odd I've got at home.

Pleased you've finished with the dentist LetUs. at checking pencils for lead.

I have taken DS swimming and I'm pooped. I shall lie on a chaise and wait for Athos to come long and provide mouth-to-mouth. I'll pop another HBF on a chaise for Fancy as well, so she can just collapse on him after her hellish commute.

Hope LetUs's work twats are less twattish today and that Wicked hasn't suffocated under Kylo's cloak

Watching Graham Norton with Andrew Scott, I seriously need to watch Fleabag, so much talk about the hot priest.

Oh, Fleabag! I have introduced DH to series one. When we have nothing to watch he suggests "the one with the nymphomaniac". We can start series two when we get back.
