Well it does sound like we've all been most productive today - I've been doing lots of weeding. That means we have all earned a treat.

Checked weather last night - no rain due until about 4pm. Got a wash ready. Checked weather when I got up - bit of rain at 9am but otherwise the same. The washing machine has just finished. It’s raining. Look at forecast - now changed to raining all day. Fuck. Off.

I’m going back to the hayloft with a varied selection of HBFs.

Ship the washing over here LetUs - it seems to be dry and breezy, though I haven't checked the forecast, so that may change. I best get out and do weeding while it's dry - and washing too. Ah - domestic excitement. Not.

Was up at 5am getting DH and DS out the door, then went back to bed because DH said he could manage by himself. Hurrah for lie-ins (apart from the bits where cats yowled at me/walked over me/snored and generally woke me up.

Had weird/bonkers wildlife dreams - house full of stoats and tiny rabbits, and birds and stuff. Maybe my subconscious was worried that yowling cat = 'what has the sod brought in this time'. Though my subconscious is less than realistic and made all said wildlife, alive, cute, fluffy and tame. It also didn't provide any HBFs, so FFS at subconscious.

Back from the BBQ, the weather managed to behave itself except for a few spots of rain.

Yay for sorting out computer problems, weeding and cute fluffy wildlife dreams but boo for awkward shop assistants.

We forgot about Killing Eve last night, will watch it later.

Evening - hurrah for the rain holding off for apricot's BBQ we've had a mix of warm sunshine and torrential downpours.
Washing is currently on the line to get it slightly drier than it was when it came out of the machine.

Nothing exciting to report. I think Killing Eve will have to wait for another night here, because I'm knackered. The perils of a lie-in, obviously.

Went to visit parents. Did a shit ton of ironing whilst simultaneously engaging in the Battle of Try Getting Yourself A Bit More Organised in the ongoing Homework War.

I had a totally bonkers dream last night about a former colleague who was moving and we could take what we wanted from her freezer, she had a lot of bread, except some reindeer sausages which were expensive so she planned to give them out herself so no one took to many

Oh look it’s Monday. And it’s raining. I’m sort of getting deja vu.

Monday and sunny here. Though the sunshine didn't stop me going back to bed once DS was fed. Need to do the school run no though DS is equally excited about the prospect on Monday

No sausages in my dream last night. (Of any sort) I was trying to volunteer for a museum, but had to find a locker first and they were all taken. I have absolutely no idea what that was all about Plus a dawn chorus bird (at about 4am) decided to do it's best impression of a telephone, whihc woke me up rather suddenly. FFS.

We're off to the caravan at some stage tomorrow. I haven't got the case down yet, but it only takes ten minutes, we don't take a lot.
