Following on from the Do your children wear clean school uniform every day? thread , I was wondering about what you all do personally.

Do you shower daily?
Do you have clean clothes daily?
If not, do you wear the same clothes on 2 consecutive days?
What about workout gear?
How often do you change your bra?

I shower practically every day. Occasionally on a Sunday I won't if we're not going anywhere, but I feel nasty by the end of the day.
I always wear clean knickers, socks and shirts. Usually my shorts or trousers will be clean, occasionally they'll last for a couple of days. I tend to use a clean bra every 2 to 3 days. If I go to the gym I always wash everything I've worn.

I shower or bathe every day.
If I'm at work I wear a clean shirt ever day, skirt/trouseers aevery other day. Clean underwear every day, except may wear a bra more than once. If I've been to the gym I wear clean vest top each time, but try to get 2 sessions out of my sweat pants.

Shower once in the morning and again if I go running. Usually have a shower just before bed as well. Clean underwear every day, both bra and knickers. Clean running clothes each time. (I bought 'em, I may as well wear 'em.)

I shower every day. I would wear the same skirt for a few days, top usually just for one day. I change my knickers every day, bra every few days.

I shower and wash my hair every morning.

I wear the same trousers/skirt for a few days depending on wear going/what doing. If going out to pub, etc. change it that night. Change tops daily mostly, especially if warm weather.

When I used to go to the gym/exercise I used to clean my work out gear after each session.

Change my underwear daily, but not my bra. Unless very warm weather I will wear a bra for about 2 or 3 days at a time.

Shower daily, often have a bath before I go to bed. Clothes get worn for two days, as I change at about 4 into jeans. Onlt wear them for a day if it is hot and sweaty. Clean knickers daily, bra twice a week, more often if sweaty.

Bath or shower every day, even if its a 10 second dunk under the shower, if I bathed the night before.

Clean exercise clothes everytime.

Clean tops every day, jeans maybe 3 times tops.

But with two children the dirty marks just appear, got to work last week to discover a huge dirty mark on my skirt, coz I had carried DS to the car, it had been raining, and he had walked a little and then asked to be carried, was really embarrased . Almost went home at lucnh and changed, but realised that I was probably the only one that noticed it.

The washing my house creates is phenominal

I have cold showers once a week, havent washed my hair for months, i hardly ever wash my jeans - the curry stains and red wine spills have grown on me now

Shower every day and would love a bath every night but bathroom next to ds's room and makes too much noise. Clean tops every day but jeans usually last a few days. Clean knicks every day but will wear the same bra for a couple of days.

And workout gear....ummmm, what is that exactly?!

I have a bath every day, have clean knickers and clean top. Usually change bra and trousers every 2-3 days depending on what i want to wear.

I shower every morning (and wash my hair). Sometimes I shower at night as well if I feel grubby.
I wear a clean top every day, and change my trousers usually every other day.
I never wear the same clothes 2 days in a row.
I wash my gym stuff after I wear it.
I change my bra every other day!

Phew. I feel quite clean now :)

I shower every morning (including hair wash and condition), and have a bath every other night (for leg shaving & relaxation purposes).

Clean tops daily but will get a couple of days out of bottoms (toddler mess pending).

Clean pants daily and clean bra every 2/3 days (depending on weather, if hot then every day).

Workout gear ??!!

We also have a laundry mountain .

bath every morning, plus wash hair. Clean underwear every day,including bra, and clean top- usually try to get trousers/skirts to last a couple of days but I am always spilling stuff...

Blimey, some of you must be forever washing either yourselves or your clothes! You should all have water meters and be made to pay for it! For the record, I shower every morning, wash hair every other, clean knickers every day and clean socks if wearing them. Don't wear a bra at home (boobs so tiny it's not worth it) so a bra can go weeks without a wash! Change top when smelly and trousers when dirty. Why else would you wash something? Why would an adult need clean nightwear every night (perhaps I shouldn't ask!

bath every day if im going out i will bath in the morning or if not i bath at night, i change my knickers every day , bra every other day . socks everyday, i have trakky bottoms and t shirts that i would never weer out side i only wear when in doors i change them every other day and when i go out i allwys wera clean top but trousers i normally wear twice if not dirty, and i was my hair twice a week or it will fall out (i have very over prossesed hair i.e bleached to oblivion !!!!!!

Name changed because I a little embarrased, I bath about 4/5 times a week, although I have clean knickers on every day, I have been known to wear a bra for a week or so having children my tops do tend to get dirty so wash them when stains appear. I had washing and ironing so grateful if I can wear the same clothes more than once.

Minger - i only have a clean tops so often as they get smelly so often! clean knicks and underarms are i think the priority!

I shower daily, wouldn't ever leave the house without a shower. Quite often have a shower in the evening, especially in hot weather.
Change clothes daily, tops always but have been known to wear jeans 2-3 times at the most. Most of them are dirty denim so doesn't matter. Change bra 1-2 days.
Wash hair every 2-3 days as if I wash it too often it goes all dry and hard to style.

I shower every day + evening often quite late as I like to feel clean - but in the recent hot weather I get up, have a shower and come out sweating and can't get dry, it's horrible.
I work in a hospital and it's so hot on the wards in the afternoon that I can feel the sweat running down the back of my legs, it got so bad I thought it was early menopause (at 38) and me and my colleagues kept saying "you will tell me if I smell won't you". Sorry a bit off the subject - as to bras every 2 days, but I never replace them, they have holes in and one has the underwire in one cup and not the other..oh dear perhaps I'd better stop there
