LetUs - yesterday I went on the stepper for the first time in about 6 weeks. Today I went swimming. I don't think you need to be too impressed. Or not by my exercise regime anyway.

apricot - you'll just have to install a HBF or two. they can keep the house (and you) warm by levels of FAF and the 'H' in HBF.
