I currently have a tenuous grasp on the fiddly freelance project, so I'm cracking on with it before my brain dissolves

The moon was very large and full last night helen - is it supposed to be a special one then?

It was foggy here, so I didn't see the eclipse. Actually didn't know about it until the weather forecast after the news last night. Some spectacular pics here.

If Monday could stop being so very Monday in its utter and absolute Mondayness, that would be super thanks very much. Following on from the two most recent Mondays which saw DS2 being told wrongly by me to go to the childminder’s house and having to wait for a long time, and then the issues with school and another child last Monday, today saw DS2 going straight home because he didn’t feel well, me telling him to go to the CM, him nearly crying down the phone because of a headache, then me having to leave work a bit early because he still didn’t feel well and felt sick. He’s much better now but he’s been told he’s having an early night.

Didn’t see the blood moon/eclipse.

Oooh it's all very pale inside that apartment Wicked - makes me feel quite cold to look at it. Though maybe that's just because I'm cold.

FFS re. Mondays LetUs - good luck with getting him into bed early. DS was very tired yesterday and agreed that he needed a lie-in this morning. So he woke up at 7am and was a complete grouch. Great.

As far as the project goes - I do indeed have a firm grasp on Project Athos The other one is still but we might be getting there.

It was cloudy here for most of the day, then the fog came down at lunchtime and that was that, weather-wise. Hoping it will clear tomorrow for the morning commute.

Going off the links you’ve shown us Wicked, there are some really lovely apartments! Do they come with the appliances? I’ve no idea why I want to know this, I just do . And yes to the colourful accessories.

Amazingly DS2 was asleep before 9 which is early for him. Hopefully MiniHelen will get the hang of proper lie ins soon. I thought DS2 had done just that at the weekends, but he’s back to his early starts.

Yes the fridge and stuff. That’s great! The balcony/conservatory area looks very cosy. I can imagine relaxing in there with a book.

I like that apartment WW. DD's kitchen at her new house is grey and she's got red appliances, looks fab. They've also had carpets and walls in shades of grey I did ask if there were 50 in the rest of the house with different coloured accents in each room. It's gorgeous.

DS1 has just told me he needs more stationery for college and seems surprised I can’t just produce exactly what he’s asking for immediately from a cupboard.

Sorry -35.6? I don’t understand. The pinger in my car that pings at me when it gets 4° or colder would go bonkers at that. Not that I’d be in the car to hear because I wouldn’t be leaving the house. Although I may have to get into skiing because there’s a rather lovely picture (which I can’t figure out how to copy) of Brandon on The Killers Instagram where he’s obviously skiing and it’s all snowy, as I believe is helpful for said activity. Perhaps I could just wait back at the cabin for apres ski shenanigans?
