Phone call with school went quite well. Not resolved yet. DS2 has had a good day though and no problems with child who was causing problems yesterday. Need to wait to see how it all goes.

I have not been for a walk today, but I have done the stepper thing, so I feel justified in slobbing on the sofa for the rest of the night. We're also watching that series on C4 about diets, so we may watch that tonight. though DH did say we could watch a Killing Eve... we'll see if he remembers that.

So true *helen, it all feels like a total nightmare, with more probably going on behind the scenes than there is time to report it. If any of it were being reported.

This week is all over the place - swapped days at work & we are moving office at the weekend, so everything is up in the air there. Fortunately I knew I would be busy in January, so I did some prep before Christmas & it took me only 10 minutes to pack most of the contents of my desk Which is just as well as I have tons of work to do........

FFAS at work. That is all. How may bloody times do I need to tell people something before it sinks in. The most galling part is asking questions, not getting any answers, and then people start complaining that nothing's been done (because they didn't bloody answer my questions!) And also, they KNOW what days I work. I've told them repeatedly. It's in my email signature as well. So why are they expecting stuff to be done when I'm not there?!

I’m on different numbers in the morning and the afternoon. Like you, it’s on my email signature. It’s on our internal telephone lists (paper and computer). It’s been like this for months. Several times every week people try the wrong number and then get in a huff when they can’t me immediately. Same for my early finish day. “Oh is that a new thing that you finish early on that day?” If seven years is new, then yes. FFAS.
