Am mightily relieved it's the weekend, has been a busy week at work.

It's quite warm here as I think we have a heating issue - hot water seems to be permanently on, rather than on the timer. Which means bathroom radiators are permanently on. Suspect I will need to call the plumbers on Monday

For reasons of laziness (and because I just finished watching a Grand Designs from near where I once lived) I have golf on tv but Europe are winning, yay. (I have clearly been indoctrinated by DH )

Weather is sunny. Cold status is snotty and slightly spaced out - I think my ears are a bit blocked and everything just feels a bit... dislocated. That might just be down to excessive amounts of sleep of course. Who knows.

today I need to tidy up yesterday's weeding efforts, and have a family meal out. Good luck to the rest of the family, I shall try not to infect them.

DH has just come back from DD's and he's buggered the muscle at the back of his knee that was cut through in the op. He's overdoing it, but you can't tell him. He's cancelled golf for next week. We're a right pair.

Nope, re. sweet dreams though. Mine involved being asked to go back to my old company, and having not a clue what I was meant to be doing since they've got rid of the bit I used to work in Though I decided to take my sewing machines away. very - my job had nothing to do with sewing machines.

Feeling much more with-it today, thank goodness. But DS wants to do technical things with Fortnite which I don't have a clue about - or rather, I do have a clue, but suspect that DH has it all set up on his laptop already, so I don't want to duplicate stuff, and thus will have to go and wake him up. and then go back to bed myself #sloth
