Ha! We cracked the homework yesterday. May have also created a rod for my own back, but I got DS a lego set that he couldn't afford, and said that if he paid me what he had, and then did ALL his homework with no wingeing, then I'd waive the rest of the money. Guess who did all his homework with no complaining...?!

And it’s Ordeal By Innocence tonight. I know whodunnit but, if this adaptation is anything to go by, it’ll probably turn out that the victim actually faked her own death and is going to jump out of a wedding cake shouting “surprise!”

Fucksake just opened the stuff I picked up from Next which included a pair of jeans for DS2 in exactly the same size as the pair I got him last week. The pair that are a bit long but that’s fine. Opened them and could tell they looked bigger. Measured them against the other pair. At least an inch wider and about four or five inches longer. Showed DH. His comment was to get DS2 to try them on (because that’s one of his favourite activities). I explain it’s pointless. He just didn’t get it. Just kept saying they might be okay and he’s potentially saving me a trip to take them back. FUCCCCCCKKKKKKK OFFFFFFFFFF. He tried them on. Much palaver. They were too big.

I agree Badderz. The trousers I ordered won’t even go over my thighs, despite others in my wardrobe in the exact same size still fitting nicely.

The HBFs on the other hand would go over my thighs quite nicely
