Annnnnd my back has gone again. Not even really moving. Just standing in front of an open drawer about to put some washing away. At least DS1’s attempts to help me stand up (DH had helped me to lie down but then he went to carry on with housework) have cheered me up .

It is lovely and sunny here this morning, though my neck is stiff and sore so I have been awake on and off since 4:30am I had a disagreement with a bee yesterday when I was working on the hives. My own fault really since I didn't wear the suit. "Oh I'll just do this..." oops!
