scatterbrain · 09/05/2007 12:43

Caffeinated harridans indeed !!! Hurrimph !

it's LordVenger - well until she changes it because I've unmasked her again

yes I saw hog-whimpering too. MI will have a fit

OP posts:
AitchTwoOh · 09/05/2007 12:49

she is an MNer, don't you know her name?

and i consider Anamatronic a role model at least partly because of her fleshy upper arms... i don't think it is enough, really. luckily her teeth aren't that great either.

whose was the ellen mcarthur quote, btw? v funny.

MrsBadger · 09/05/2007 12:50

celebrity deathmatch - caffeinated harridans vs boozy shouty fishwives?

AitchTwoOh · 09/05/2007 12:50

oh ffs mrsjc, you've ruined it for everyone with your flapping gums... aren't you supposed to be abed? (isn't it weird the way we talk to each other at the weirdest times? esp about the mitfords).

MrsJohnCusack · 09/05/2007 12:52

ooooh I wouldn't know which side to join in that one MrsB!

LOVE Anamatronic too, mainly because of the arms (and the frocks)

MrsJohnCusack · 09/05/2007 12:54

yes I should be going to bed - it's 10 to midnight. just trying to work out what time is best to wake DS and feed him to ensure Optimum Sleep for me
bloody mumsnet

I know I shouldn't say who she is
but normally my threads disappear like magic and there's no danger of anyone seeing them.

KathyMCMLXXII · 09/05/2007 12:55

Just read that thread now and I am raging at the Ellen McArthur quote (it was Songbird - oi Songbird, come here, want a fight?)
Ellen McA had to climb the f*ing mast in the Southern Ocean, repair all the electrics and hydraulics, go for months with less sleep than a mother of a newborn.... She even had her boat made without a toilet to save weight
Pointless perhaps, but she is bloody hard.

DrNortherner · 09/05/2007 12:56

So she shat into the oceon then?

KathyMCMLXXII · 09/05/2007 12:57

She'll have done it in a bucket and chucked it over the side [Kathy is speechless with admiration]

MrsJohnCusack · 09/05/2007 12:59

we should add Ellen McAthur to the long list of Mumsnet subjects that always go suzywong (you know, like breast v bottle, solids, SAHM v WOHM &c &c)

she polarizes mnetters astonishingly

OP posts:
oliveoil · 09/05/2007 12:59

Actually Caitlin, I think you will find that my quote on Ellen was better AND it made the MN round up quote of the week

I said she was mad and only doing it to avoid the ironing

MissBehave · 09/05/2007 13:01

She needs to learn to spell caffeinated to become a true MNetter (and pedant).

MrsJohnCusack · 09/05/2007 13:02

olive, that was genius

OP posts:
MrsJohnCusack · 09/05/2007 13:03

but I spelt it right

look can you MAKE ME GO TO BED please it is midnight and I am knackered

someone tell me to bugger off please
