Afternoon.

We've been out to lunch with SIL and BIL. I had fish and chips Bads, but I bet yours will be cheaper and will taste a lot better. They do it with twice-cooked chips which didn't seem to be properly cooked at all to me and minted pea purée which doesn't taste at all like peas. Still it's a nice place and always lovely to see them to complain about our various health problems have a good natter.

Never had haggis in my life.

I’ve watched an episode of Hawaii Five-0. I think the main character in it used to be a Navy SEAL. Just a small suspicion. Or it could be that it’s mentioned several times in nearly every episode. Am having a lazy evening. Well a lazy end of the evening, didn't get home from work until gone 7 & had to cook dinner, do some chores & put away my grocery order (yay for a fridge full of food) Am too tired to feel more than the teensiest pang of guilt at using OCADO after their CEO was outed as attending the President's Club sleazefest .

I used to cook liver and bacon Helen and steak pies with kidney in. Have nothing against either, but haven't used them for ages.

We had another house valuation this morning, I can't believe the difference in the two. They're both highly respected locally. I rather think Luke-look-a-like undervalues to get quick sales. Still we're in no hurry so it's immaterial at the moment.

Watched Big Cats last night, so pleased it had a positive ending. So many wildlife programmes are all doom and gloom David Attenborough I'm looking at you.

Apricot the Luke-alike expects him presence in your life to compensate for getting less money for your house. how that works when it comes to his commission I have no idea...
