And behind your advent door for No3 is me! G'day cobblers!

Greetings from Chez Comtess. Sorry I got lost on the flight and have only just landed back in Bristol (didn't really) just got lost in Family C uproar. Sorry haven't read the thread but I will try to to tonight. All I've seen is Apricot's pics of Tom and Santi at the top of the thread which gave me a big chuckle.

How's Wench life?

Nah, you can keep him Grin Don't worry I won't go short......

Back from the shops with DD - she's a good shopping companion, have actually done a few bits of Christmas shopping

Evening all.

Comtess! How the devil are you?

Hurrah for successful shopping Fancy.

I've been ordering stuff for the DGC online. DGD had the store pages screenshotted for herself and her brother so that was helpful. She's so quick on her iPad and mine was playing up and I felt a tech idiot. 'No Grandma, that's a screenshot you can't click on it.' Oh dear. Grin

In the marital disharmony department, DH put the kettle on earlier and as usual he filled it up to the top .... for 2 cups of tea. I told him he was wasting energy, and he told me I leave lights on. Anyway I gave him his tea, switched the light off and left him to drink it in the dark. Unfortunately as I flounced out of the kitchen I didn't see his foot and tripped over it. I've now got injured toes ... and pride. It must have looked quite funny. Grin

at apricot's revenge - will will send Dr Athos to ted to you toes - he can work upwards from there Wink

Comtess!!!! Bloody hell - the wanderer returns Grin No wonder you've been awol if your plane home diverted to Bristol Grin I'm sure he's a lovely person and all, but... nah, he's all yours.

Well done on the shopping Fancy our shopping haul consisted of DIY-ing stuff Hmm and a fun afternoon on the slopes where I channeled my inner Lindsey Vonn (without the crashes and injuries, but also without the speed, skill and good looks). so actually nothing like her. But I am now pooped and cold. I shall snuggle up with a warm blanket and Athos. Or Strike, because I can pinch his coat.

Badders - your DH & DS1 both know where the shops are... suggest you send them off to buy something and get them to take responsibility for their own shit. You have Jon Snow plenty to do without chasing after them.
(Disclaimer, I may be feeling a tad bloshy) Grin

Evening wenches.

Comtess my lovely! Many snogs for you. I shall google Mr Vui

Bloody well done the shopping Fancy. Struggling to get going for Christmas myself. Perhaps you can come and inspire me!

Apricot Grin at leaving MrApricot drinking his tea in the dark. Doctor Athos should follow Paella’s example. Start kissing it better at the top and work his way down Wink

Why is Strike’s coat moving up and down on the floor? ah that’s why!

Hope DS2’s okay Badderz.

All wardrobes done. Just need to put all the clothes back. That ain’t happening tonight. I still need to do the ironing.

Don't go overboard with the shopping praise wenches, I wouldn't say I got much done

I agree with helen - they can sort out their own fecking secret Santa - spend the time you save on that by buying them both a copy of Wifework for their stockings Wink

Morning all - very crunchy underfoot this morning, though it was cloudy for the start of the night at least. Had a good view of the supermoon from the top of the ski slope though. All big and moon-shaped, a you'd expect.

Hope LetUs enjoyed Cap. Ross' present - stockings again was it? Grin

Morning wenches

Arf at supermoon being big and moon-shaped Grin Was very lovely.

Was indeed stockings again and he had to help me put them on again, and take everything else off

Sigh. Can’t be arsed. Sigh. Better get a move on.
