Well, this day has been a bit so and so, my bathroom smells of sewage since I fixed the clogged drain yesterday, it comes and goes, worried I've done something wrong, been feeling a bit stressed about it so couldn't really concentrate of work.

Mum came by this evening so we exchanged gifs and she and her partner is coming by tomorrow so he can take a look at it.

Christmas Eve chez LetUsPrey went a bit downhill. DS2 has been a bit of a pain on and off all day, but went for it in epic fashion tonight. Not helped by him and DS1 having a falling out. He’s been in bed for ages but has only just gone to sleep, insisting —loudly— that he wasn’t tired and we can’t make him go to sleep. DS1 also had a fucking tantrum. And keeps going on and on and on - just let if fucking go.

So I’m hoping all the aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhness is out of the way and we’ll have a lovely Christmas Day.

Have been very busy here, lots of baking - including welsh cakes as no-one leaves me surprise cakey goodness

Both DC are behaving themselves and are happy. Off out visiting this morning, then back home, then off to SIL’s for dinner.

Watching Star Wars again, really like it, lots of funny moments like when the cute little robot does the thumb up Excellent villain and I love Rey, especially how she manhandles Finn when they first meet
I didn't think it would be this good, probably traumatised by the previously three movies, the only good with those was Liam Neeson.

They're showing The Last Jedi on the local cinema so I'm seeing it with a friend on Friday. Squeeeeeeeeeeeee

Rey is fantastic. Happy you’re getting to see The Last Jedi. I think I like KR because of the sort of emo angsty thing he has going on. Takes me back to my youth - not that the boys of my youth were particularly emo angsty.

Had a lovely Christmas Day. Hurrah! Loads of good food and company at SIL’s, but it’s nice to be back home. We were watching Cinderella before we went out. DH recorded it and we’re watching it now

We had a lovely day yesterday, but it's my turn today and we were awake at 4.30am worrying about how we're going to serve a meal to 11 people. I eventually got back to sleep but had a horrendous anxiety dream about it. It was in my kitchen but it was more like a restaurant and I couldn't find the potatoes, DD had made a pile of rice which I told her didn't go with the meal, so she stormed off, my nail varnish was all peeling off and for some reason Gordon Ramsey walked past throwing his arms up in the air in despair. I woke exhausted.

Anyway, hope you all have a good day, and think of me kindly etc.
