This means I'm only microwaving cooking for myself and can watch something he's not interested in. At the moment I'm thinking a rewatch of Third Star which he didn't like because of their incompetence at camping. He spent the whole film shouting at the screen.

I am whacked - been wheelbarrowing concrete for most of the day for yet another shed base, then swimming with DS, and then collapsing on the floor getting him up to bed. Then I will slump onto the sofa and not move, except to put chocolate into my mouth. It's a plan.

DH's irritation stems from the Outward Bound course he did in his youth when he was taught how to camp properly. On one occasion they chucked him up Skafell Pike in February to spend the night with only a ground sheet and his back pack and no tent. I'd only known him for three weeks and didn't know whether I'd see him again.

Think I'm going to watch a Muskie episode in bed now.

We got a new shed which only really fitted where another one was, so we moved the original one (the first concrete base we put down) and now we're trying to put up the new shed where the old one was.
