Hello Badders The small amount I saw of Frank (have not got past Episode 1 for reasons of irritating voice-over and irritating woman in general, and lack of time) was that he was also irritating, so he and irritating woman deserved each other for irritating me. (this is my recollecti from whenever it was I actually watched them. My reactin at the time might have been slightly more forgiving. Who knows.

And who are you weird people who have never seen algae on fences/sheds/decking? Do you not have damp unloved wood in your neck of the woods that gets manky because it's not treated every year? It's just powdery green stuff, you can brush it off (or power-wash, or even wash off with mild bleach if you're a bit anal about it).

Only some types of Algae - Algae have been estimated to include anything from 30,000 to more than 1 million species. Go ask wikipedia about it. It's far too long since my A-levels for me to approach the subject with anything remotely approaching accuracy.
