I got a bastard headache after going out yesterday, which laughed in the face of paracetamol so I double dosed on ibuprofen as well. that'll teach it. On the plus side, that meant 12 hours in bed for me. Oh the minus side, not a HBF in sight. On the plus side, I wasn't in a fit state to do anything with one - though I'd have given it a shot, obvs.

DH's knee is no better, he has a doctor's appointment in the morning, although he's currently painting the side of the house on home-made scaffolding. Don't panic, there's a roof below him so he hasn't got far to fall. It is perspex though.

The cats are fine, it's like nothing ever happened, unless they're plotting something in secret.
Fräsan had been hissing and growling at the vet apparently but she calmed down when she got in the car. We snuggled in bed together later so I think se still likes me. It was a power cut here so rested in bed for a bit.
