Mmmmmmm, Sassy - that's my favourite! In fact, I had it on Sunday when I was feeling rubbish, but thought I'd better eat something as I hadn't eaten all day.
Manic day here. DS1 and DD1 went back to school today, so I spent the day doing all of the tidying and cleaning jobs that I usually whizz round and do every morning, but haven't been able to do as well because of the sheer number of children underfoot!
DD3 is struggling to get back into our usual routine, today was, quite literally, a rude awakening for her as we had to be up and out of the house for 7.45am to take DD1 to school. DD3 was very tired, grumpy and tearful all morning, then I had to wake her up from her nap when it was time to do the school run again. I'm hoping it won't take her too long to adjust.
DS2 woke up again last night. Tonight, I have a cunning plan! I don't want him to get used to coming into our bed every night but, other than giving him a bottle, that's the only way to get him back to sleep once he wakes. I don't want to get him used to having a nice warm bottle of milk, either, but I have brought a small cup of Baby juice up to bed with me. If he wakes, I'll change his nappy, give him a drink and see if that helps. I'm thinking maybe he's thirsty when he wakes up?
Oh, and we had SNOW today! Only for about five minutes, but then we had hail, rain and thunder too! What's that all about?! ❄️💨🌧⚡️☔️
Anyway, I'm hoping I'll be a bit less busy tomorrow!
Hope you both manage a decent night's sleep!
